The junior national team of chefs and confectioners will fight in two: in the category of Hot Cuisine and Buffet for 12 people, so the composition of the appropriate inventory will be held on high quality and precisely made products. The Crucial Detail collection was a clear choice and will be the perfect “icing on the cake”.
Also the National Team AKC CR will compete in two disciplines: in the Restaurant of Nations category they will prepare 110 servings of a three-course menu and in the Chef Table category they will serve a menu for 12 people. Their equipment takes up almost the entire delivery van and will not miss Crucial Detail design pieces, which, we believe, will help them achieve the expected results.
Attention will also be focused on INTERGAST CULINARY TEAM led by captain Radek David. They will present a board consisting of a five-course menu. Already in October, Radek and his team were welcomed in the Premium Gastro showroom and fine-tuned the composition of the board, porcelain and other details that the jury will be interested in. Crucial Detail products will play significant part in the prepared repertoire.
